Increasing focus on fuel efficient, light weight yet strong vehicles make MAHINDRA ENGINEERING COMPOSITES a priority area in times to come. The foray into engineering Composites depicts Mahindra Systech's vision to build an early & niche presence in upcoming technology for Indian Automotive Industry. In-house SMC/DMC compounding & state-of-the-art parts manufacturing facility have positioned us as the leader in India.

The plant at Mangaon near Pune has a capacity of 15000 MT of SMC/DMC compound manufacturing based on technology acquired from Menzolit Fibron. The SMC/DMC Component manufacturing plant has 10 compression moulding presses ranging from 100 MT to 500 MT capacity. We also have 3 RTM stations and Hand layup setup to manufacture components. Plant at Pimpri, Pune houses additional Compression Moulding Capacity with Product Concept. Design & Engineering Services.

The customers include players from Automotive Industry, Electrical (switchgears) & Equipment Industry (machine body parts).
