We are able to supply a large range of Spur and Helical gears also Gleason ring and pinion sets by using the latest CNC technology in turning, gear cutting (hobbing /shaping), finishing (shaving / grinding / honing).

The size range covered by our existing equipment is Diameter 500 mm. Length 750mm. Mod 9 for gear and shafts. Gleason ring and pinion sets max dia 16 inches and Mod 12.

ISO 9002. in force since July 1998.

US Government approval since 1983 QS 9000. Preparation commenced to compliment our manufacturing being carried out to the highest standards we have installed a state of the art inspection facility system.
