In early 2004 Mahindra Systech was formed with the goal of building a truly world class auto components business that could offer customers the best mix of price and technology. In order to achieve that it's leaders understood that they would have to look beyond India's borders. With this idea in mind Systech began searching for opportunities that fit this thesis.  

Viewing the forging industry as a critical facet of the auto components sector Mahindra Systech looked to first globalize its forging business. Mahindra Forging was created through a unique route of organic and inorganic growth over a period of two years. Today, Mahindra Forging has a global footprint that includes manufacturing facilities in India, Germany, and the UK. 

With the successful integration of our forging acquisitions and the establishment of the Mahindra Forging brand we intend to globalize our other business lines through a similar formula in the future.
