Mahindra Systech contains 6 manufacturing verticals that are all highly qualified to operate effectively and efficiently within their own specialized domains.

From the very basic process of making steel to our acquired expertise in forgings and castings, has allowed us to offer the very best in quality and service to our customers. Our steel mill allows us to cater to Engineering Steel, Tool & Die Steel and Ball Bearing Steel industries. Our forging companies manufacture components, ranging from 0.2 Kgs to 150 Kgs, in carbon, alloy & micro-alloy steels. Drop forging, upsetting, extrusion and machining/assembly are some of the highlights associated with our forging operations. Systech's SG Iron Foundry specializes in churning out axle parts for commercial vehicles and turbocharger housings. Castings manufactured in our ceramic magnet and ferrite core units are used for various automotive and generator applications.

In addition, we add value to metal through processes of gear generation and sheet metal stamping. CNC set-ups for turning, hobbing, shaping, milling and grinding operations enable us to produce a wide range of gears with great precision and accuracy. Mechanical and hydraulic presses installed at our stamping facilities offer pressed parts starting from 0.1 Kg up to 41 Kg. Equipped with our technical skills, we address components belonging to both the hot rolled and cold rolled categories going up to a draw depth of 300 mm.

Our proficiency in manufacturing Sheet & Dough Molding Compounds enhances the value proposition for our customers by delivering ready to use composites. These products are utilized for various applications within the automotive and electrical industries. Our tooling design (including secondary tools) skills and low cost automation, to improve productivity, provides our customers with inherent advantages.
