Who are we?

Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd. (MUSCO) located at Khopoli, near Mumbai is a premier manufacturer of alloy steel and specialty steels in India. Started in1962, having a current installed capacity of 240000 MT.

The company is engaged in the manufacturing of alloy and special steel long products (bars & billets) through 50 ton Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) route. The steel division was first among all steel manufacturers in the country to get ISO certification and was further certified for ISO/TS 16949 in 2005. We are in the process of getting ISO 14001 approvals.

MUSCO caters to the Automotive, Engineering, Bearings and other Capital goods industries. MUSCO Steel is a single source supplier to numerous multinationals and domestic customers in India as well as to government organizations in the fields of Power Generation, Railways & Defence.
